I’ve delivered 400 plus seminars to over 60,000 salon/spa professionals just like you around the world and I’ve coached 154 salon and spa businesses and counting. This experience has taught me much. Most importantly, it’s taught me that you, the service provider, are one of the most important people in the lives of your clients. It’s taught me that you’re just as valuable in the lives of your client as their doctor, lawyer, or accountant. In fact, I believe you’re even more important. You place your hands on your clients and soothe them, support them, listen to them and help them to look and feel amazing. What you do is magical and critical.
